About Renewal

Renewal by Anderson, exclusive replacement window and patio door division of the 100+ year old Andersen Corporation, is growing and immediately looking to add In- Home Design Sales consultants to our Sales team.

Renewal by Andersen offers a start-to-finish replacement process, where custom-crafted, energy-efficient replacement windows and doors are professionally installed for residential customers.

 

Ideal Resource

Due to our continued growth and expansion we are hiring qualified Sales professionals to join our high performing sales team for the greater Houston market.  The ideal resource for this role is a motivated and assertive closer with a proven Sales and Customer Service background.  Ideally you would have at least 3 years prior experience in an In-home Sales, home improvement Sales, U.S. Military recruiting and/or automotive sales role.

  • Company driven leads -No Cold Calling No Door to Doorselling as we provide pre-arranged appointments for you where you build relationships through understanding their needs, instilling confidence, sharing information, and meeting commitments while presenting our exclusive custom-made, energy-efficient, and professional installed windows and doors to our customers in their homes.
    • We are locally owned and believe in rewarding excellent performance with outstanding compensation.
      • This Commission based role includes a lucrative sales incentive and bonuses plus the opportunity to earn a paid yearly trip. We provide an opportunity to earn 200k+ with many of our representatives who continually surpass this 200K mark.
      • Initial paid training by a proven resource plus additional training offered
      • Laptop, printer, slicks, business cards provided without cost to you

 

 

Required

  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience ideally with prior in-home sales and/or U.S. Military recruiting preferred; home improvement sales or automotive sales strongly preferred.  Will consider less experience for highly motivated individuals.
  • Proven sales track record and strong employment tenure
  • Strong willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done while providing superior service levels
  • Must be outgoing, self- motivated, driven, assertive and have the desire to succeed
  • Ability and willingness to work many evenings and weekends for pre-arranged homeowner appointments
  • Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background
  • Ability to lift up over 40lbs of materials as needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Computer literate
